YOUTH EMPOWERMENT

The youth empowerment aspect of Patriots Ghana will seek to encourage and train youth to be passionate about Ghana’s development, proactive, creative, and intelligent and also act on their behalf. Ironically, youth are often excluded from conversations and programmes that seek to improve the life chances and options of youth. The youth empowerment aspect of the program will focus on improving the availability of quality education across Ghana and increasing civic engagement of Ghana’s youth. Patriots Ghana youth empowerment activity will include:

Connecting youth organizations across the country to share best practices and strategize nationally on youth issues.
Youth entrepreneurship programmes.
Engaging the youth in community volunteering services.
Creating National platforms for youth to make sure their voices are heard.
Organizing regional and national youth summits.
Preparing the youth for the job market.
