Samuel Ofosu is the founder and Managing Director of Without Grace Farm and Trading. He holds a WASSCE Certificate from Global Business Technical College and has over fourteen years experience in mushroom farming and production.
Without Grace Enterprise is a profit-oriented agribusiness that is focused on producing and supplying edible mushrooms (both fresh and processed) and mushroom grow bags for consumers in Ghana. The company, which operates from Sefwi Boako in the Western North Region, has been in existence since 2009 but obtained formal registration in 2016.
Without Grace Farm and Trading prides itself on delivering value added mushrooms with distinct taste conferred by the drying technique employed and the supply of grow bags suitable for cultivating a variety of mushrooms. The objective of the business is to secure a substantial share of the mushroom market with its products on the shelves of the local market and potentially expand to the international markets while providing direct employment for Ghanaian youths and assisting others to start their own mushroom production enterprises.
Perpetual Larbi is the Chief Executive Officer of Perp Quick Breakfast & Delicious Bites. She holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Akim State University College and three years experience in her business field.
Perp Quick Breakfast and Delicious Bites is a culinary venture specializing in providing quick and delicious breakfast options along with a variety of tasty bites at a low cost. The business focuses on catering to busy individuals who need convenient yet satisfying meals. It offers a range of menu items including Oats, wheat, tom-brown, coffee, pastries, smoothies, and other quick bites that can be enjoyed on the go or at a relaxed pace. The emphasis is on quality ingredients and prompt service.
Godsway Tek is the founder and director of Impact Xperience. He holds a diploma in Graphic designing from Intercom Programming and Manufacturing Company (IPMC) and has over nine years experience in tour guiding.
Impact Xperience is a socially conscious tour operator dedicated to showcasing the vibrant culture and breathtaking beauty of Ghana to international visitors.
Our offerings cater to a diverse clientele, providing bespoke tours for leisure travelers, immersive experiences for business retreats, and enriching cultural exchanges for student groups. Rebecca Boadu is the co-founder and executive director of Ayeyi Cakes and Nibbles. She holds a degree in Education with speciality in Home Economics from the University of Cape Coast, and has a year experience in her business field.
Ayeyi Cakes and Nibbles is into the production of decadent cakes and savouries such as plantain chips, meat pie, baked chips, spring rolls, etc. They operate at Ablekuma in the Greater Accra region of Ghana. Ayeyi Cakes and Nibbles are specialised cake experts and can be called to cover occasions like wedding, birthdays, etc.
Nicholas Kwame Adjei is the founder of Kwanic Investments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in the field of commerce from the University of Cape Coast and has over 2 years experience in the investment sector.
Kwanic Investments is a digital solutions business specializing in digital marketing and social media marketing services. It offers social media management and training to youth, students, individuals, and businesses, teaching them how to use digital tools to promote their businesses and monetize their efforts effectively.
Nicholas ventured into the business field to address the high unemployment rate among youth and to equip them with the necessary skills to thrive in the digital economy. By providing training in digital marketing, social media management, and other digital tools, he aims to empower individuals and businesses to promote themselves effectively and create sustainable income opportunities.
Joseph Aryeequaye is the founder of Powerpulse Engineering Services. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from the Takoradi Technical University, and has over four years experience in the business field.
Powerpulse Engineering Services render services like Electrical Wiring, Electric fence installation, Air conditioner installation, CCTV installation, Servicing and Maintenance of electrical equipment, Electrical consultation. Joseph ventured into this business field due to the passion he had for the work and his desire to see more youth employed in his community. He dreams of building his Electrical enterprise to become one of the globally recognised electronic companies and significantly reduce the high rate of unemployment among the youths in the country.
Mavis Kumah Bebefu is the Founder and Managing Director of Bebefu PM Ventures. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health from Ho School of Hygiene and has a year experience in her business field.
Bebefu PM Ventures is a small-scale vegetable farm dedicated to growing and supplying high quality, fresh and sustainable vegetables for both the local and international market, but at the moment specialized in chili peppers. Their mission is to provide customers with the best chili pepper products while promoting eco-friendly products.
David Awine Aniah is the founder and executive director of Skyway Trading Enterprise. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science education from the University for Development Studies, and has over twelve years experience in the weaving industry.
Skyway Trading Enterprise is a handicraft entity located at Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region of Ghana. They specialize in the production and exportation of handicrafts such as baskets, glass beads and bracelets, leather bags, sandals as well as shea butter. At Skyway Trading Enterprise, we pride ourselves on a personalized approach to handicrafts and shea butter production and sales.
Skyway Trading Enterprise primarily focuses on equipping Persons With Disabilities (PWD’s) with the requisite skills in hand crafting. Their aim is to reduce the high rate of unemployment among Persons With Disabilities (PWD’s) due to their lack of formal education and employable skills.
Skyway Trading Enterprise is a registered member of the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and the Ghana Shippers Authority (GSA).
Sandra Owusu is the founder of Sandy Impact Farms. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and has over three years in the agricultural sector.
Sandy Impact Farms uses agricultural waste products such as sawdust to grow and produce in large quantities organic mushrooms. Their mission is to significantly reduce the burning of agricultural waste, but rather employ effective means of turning the waste into organic fertilizers or compost to produce affordable yet nutritious products.
Bernard Owusu Debrah is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of B&D Farms. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Agriculture from Valley View University, and has over five years experience in Agribusiness and Agriconsult.
B&D Farms is an agribusiness firm specializing in organic farming and agritourism. The farm focuses on growing a variety of fruits and vegetables, raising poultry and livestock using sustainable practices, and offering educational and recreational activities for visitors. Our mission is to promote sustainable agriculture through permaculture principles, improve food security, and support local communities by providing training and resources for small-scale farmers.
Bernard’s decision to venture into sustainable agriculture and organic farming was driven by a passion for environmental conservation and a desire to address food security challenges. With a background in agricultural science and a deep understanding of the negative impacts of conventional farming, he saw an opportunity to make a positive impact through sustainable practices. By adopting permaculture principles and engaging with local communities, B&D Farms aims to create resilient agricultural systems that benefit both people and the planet.
Bernice Forson is the founder and executive director of Dates2eat. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Biochemistry from the University of Ghana and has a year of experience in her business field.
Dates2eat is an innovative startup focused on the production of high-quality date paste, including both traditional date paste and a unique prebiotic date paste designed to support gut health. Located in Ghana, Dates2eat is committed to promoting healthy living by providing natural, nutritious, and delicious date-based products. Dates2eat is committed to making healthy eating a sweet affair. Our mission is to transform Ghana’s date fruits into pastes, providing a delicious and nutritious alternative to refined sugars and artificial sweeteners that are easy to incorporate into any meal thus making every meal a date with nutrition.”
Her journey into entrepreneurship began with a personal experience that was close to her heart. When the sister was pregnant, she embarked on a quest to find ways to ensure easy and fast labour. It was during this research that she stumbled upon the incredible benefits of dates. We were both fascinated to learn that dates could aid in dilation and facilitate easy birth. This discovery sparked our curiosity and we delved deeper into the world of dates, uncovering a plethora of other health benefits associated with this. Hence Dates2eat was born.
Nafisah Hawiine Amadu is the founder and managing director of Gasule Enterprise. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Development Studies with specialization in Development Communications from the University for Development Studies and has over 5 years experience in the fashion industry.
Gasule Enterprise sews and designs ready to wear maxi dresses, turban caps and Reusable Sanitary Pads called Nafi pads.
Nafi pads are produced with natural raw materials that are comfortable, reusable and biodegradable, Nafi pads can be used for more than 12 months and help the girls not to miss school and not to go through menstrual shame because they are in their periods.
Nafisah ventured into this business because she realized that NGOs, philanthropists and other individuals make yearly donations of disposable sanitary pads to young girls in rural areas so they do not miss school during menstruation but these pads are not sustainable because they can be used for only one month. Hence she decided to design a pad that girls can use for a year with the aim to reduce cost and create an equal but affordable pricing opportunity for all girls.
Gyabaa Kwadwo Boakye is the founder of Gyabaa Boakye Ventures. He holds a certificate in journalism from the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation College in Kanda, Accra and has over
Gyabaa Boakye Ventures provides segregation in waste management, fertilizers, pesticides and compost production. They equally render services in farming and sustainable farming processes.
The desire to venture into the waste segregation business by Gyabaa was greatly inspired by his desire to eradicate poverty by creating employment opportunities for the less privileged in the society. He also believes in conservation of our environment through the implementation of sustainable and eco-friendly practices.
Moses Adjei Maale Marley is the founder and executive director of MOVIDA fish and more. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Crop Science from the University of Ghana and has over 3 years experience in fish farming.
MOVIDA fish and more is a fish farming entity that also specializes in tarpaulin tank welding and set up, sales of fresh, smoked, and grilled fishes. We also provide consultation services for startups and other fish farming entities. We cover and grill fish for occasions like weddings, birthdays, parties, etc.
Bernice Atsem is the founder of NeeCred Enterprise. She holds a bachelor’s degree in General Nursing from KAAF University and has less than a year of experience in her startup business.
NeeCred Enterprise is a convenient salary deduction food program which aims at giving staple foods to both public and private employees on credit.
Bernice understands that salary delays are a reality to a lot of workers and that’s why her business is here to solve the hardships that come in terms of food as a result of salary delays.
Mariam Essel is the Chief Executive Officer of Splash2020 Enterprise. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and has over four years experience in her business.
Splash2020 Enterprise is a food, beverages, and water production company located in Gomoa Antseadze in the Central Region of Ghana. They produce a variety of natural fruit juices and sachet water under a strict hygienic condition in compliance with the standards set forth by the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) in Ghana. They run sessions under waste management with the goal of promoting a clean and plastic-free environment for all.
Linda Teiko Nargeh is the founder and executive director of Nyemisuom Women Association in Suhum-Akorabo in the Eastern region of Ghana. She is a Wassce certificate holder with over two years experience in the processing industry.
Nyemisuom Women Association is an all-women association group that is into the processing of Gari, Cassava Flour locally known as Konkonte, Groundnut Paste, Cereals, Brown Sugar and Honey.
In an effort to address post-harvest losses and food wastage, Linda collaborated with a section of women in her community to educate the community on sustainable harvesting practices and food conservation. Their mission grew to encompass and resolve some of the challenges affecting businesses and livelihoods of the people living in her community.
In the next few years, the association would like to process the fresh green cassava leafs (package and frozen- as green vegetable for food), peels into animal feed and the suckers of plantain into sanitary pads, fabrics, and hair extension.
Abigail Emefa Mantey is the founder and creative director of SpeShed Creations. She holds a Master degree in Business Psychology and has over five years of experience in her business field.
SpeShed Creations is a multilateral fashion accessories manufacturing business. They design, create, and sew all kinds of customized dresses for all events or occasions. They also make use of beads in designing and creating products like jewelries, bags, and belts for different occasions.
Abigail’s desire to entering the fashion world was influenced by a gift she received from
the mother eight years ago. Abigail was very creative and had a deep passion for the craft. She decided to quit her well-paying work as a Human Resource Manager for a reputable company in Ghana and focused full-time in her fashion business.
